Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and strict regulatory considerations, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection or user error
• Refused or unclaimed deliveries

All orders are processed and shipped with verified documentation where applicable. Any chargebacks filed for delivered or confirmed shipments. including claims of lost or stolen packages will be formally disputed with supporting evidence, including carrier confirmation and delivery records.

Reshipments will only be considered in the event of a verified fulfillment error or confirmed shipping damage. Requests must meet our documentation requirements and be submitted within the specified claim window.
