Kisspeptin
Kisspeptin is a family of peptides that activate the KISS1 receptor, a key part of the signalling pathway that regulates reproductive hormones. Different forms include kisspeptin-10 and kisspeptin-54; their names refer to their amino acid lengths. The specific form in this vial should match the batch documentation.
In simple terms: researchers study kisspeptin to understand how the brain signals the reproductive system to release hormones involved in fertility and the menstrual cycle.
This product is supplied for controlled laboratory research. Refer to the individual listing and batch documentation for the peptide form, vial strength, and product specifications.

What Is Kisspeptin Studied For?
Preclinical and laboratory research only
KISS1 receptor activity: Researchers examine how kisspeptin peptides activate KISS1R and influence signalling in the reproductive hormone system.
GnRH signalling: Studies investigate how kisspeptin affects the release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), which helps regulate hormones produced by the pituitary gland.
LH and FSH responses: Research has measured changes in luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) following exposure to specific kisspeptin forms. Results for kisspeptin-54 should not automatically be applied to kisspeptin-10, or vice versa.
Reproductive cycle research: Clinical studies of kisspeptin-54 have examined hormone responses at different points in the menstrual cycle and in fertility research. Those findings do not establish the effects of this research-use vial.
